SDG Goal 4 is especially dedicated to ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education for all. Eido Foundation recognizes the significance of this goal and actively works towards its realization through various initiatives and programs.
By prioritizing quality education, Eido Foundation aims to contribute to the achievement of SDG Goal 4 and make a positive impact on individuals, communities, and societies by promoting and enhancing quality education through various initiatives and approaches.

1. EmpowerED Scholarships Program

The EmpowerED Scholarships Program aims to provide financial assistance to academically talented but financially disadvantaged students. Through this program, the Eido Education Support Initiative will identify promising students facing economic barriers to education and award them with scholarships to support their educational journey.

 The program will involve a rigorous selection process, including assessing academic achievements, financial needs, and potential for future success. The scholarships will cover tuition fees, books, and other educational expenses, enabling the recipients to access quality education and unlock their full potential.

2. Educator Excellence Program

The Educator Excellence Program is designed to improve the quality of education by investing in the professional development of teachers. The Eido Education Support Initiative will conduct regular workshops and training sessions for educators to enhance their teaching methodologies, classroom management, and subject expertise. The program will offer opportunities for educators to network, collaborate, and share best practices, fostering a supportive community of teachers. Additionally, the program will encourage the use of technology in education and digital teaching tools to enhance the learning experience. By equipping educators with the necessary skills and resources, the Educator Excellence Program aims to elevate the overall quality of teaching and learning.

3. TechLeap Learning Initiative

The TechLeap Learning Initiative focuses on promoting digital literacy and integrating technology into education. The Eido Education Support Initiative will introduce digital literacy programs for students and teachers, ensuring they are proficient in using technology for learning and communication. The initiative will provide schools with the necessary technology infrastructure and digital devices to facilitate blended learning. Moreover, the program will collaborate with technology partners to develop educational content and online resources for self-directed learning. The TechLeap Learning Initiative aims to equip students and educators with 21st-century digital skills, preparing them for a technology-driven future.

4. Parent Engagement Connect

The Parent Engagement Connect initiative focuses on involving parents and the community in supporting children’s education. The Eido Education Support Initiative will organize workshops and awareness campaigns for parents to emphasize the importance of their involvement in their children’s learning journey. Parent-teacher associations will be established to foster regular communication and collaboration between parents and educators. The initiative will promote activities where parents can actively participate in school events and support their children’s learning at home. By strengthening the connection between parents, educators, and the community, the Parent Engagement Connect initiative aims to create a holistic support system for students’ educational development.

5. LifeReady Skills Navigator

The LifeReady Skills Navigator program focuses on equipping students with essential life skills and career readiness. The Eido Education Support Initiative will offer workshops and training sessions covering critical skills such as problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork. 

Additionally, career readiness programs will be conducted to provide students with information about different career paths, job market trends, and entrepreneurship opportunities. The program will also facilitate internships and mentorship opportunities for students to gain real-world experience. The LifeReady Skills Navigator program aims to empower students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Through its focus on quality education, Eido Foundation demonstrates a strong commitment to SDG Goal 4 and actively contributes to the global agenda of ensuring inclusive and equitable education for all.
